LUNCHEONS

ALL LUNCHEONS ARE SERVED WITH COFFEE TEA, SPARKLING WATER AND CRANBERRY CITRUS PUNCH.

OPTION 1

Sandwiches and Wraps
An assortment of sandwiches served on bakery fresh
white, rye and and multigrain breads, croissants, wraps,
ciabattas, and baguettes. Deli Meats include
Black Forest Ham, Genoa Salami, Smoked Turkey Breast,
and Oven Roasted Chicken Breast.
Also includes homemade egg salad, white tuna salad,
and chunky chicken salad.

Specialty Cheese Selection
A delicious display of imported and domestic cheeses
surrounded by country style breads, flatbreads and
crackers. Served with fresh fruit garnish, pickles and olives.

Veggie Crudités
Crisp seasonal vegetables to include cherry tomatoes,
broccoli, cauliflower, mini carrots, green, red and yellow
peppers, celery and zucchini, served with a creamy
veggie dip and roasted garlic hummus.

Sliced Seasonal Fruit Platter
Sliced melon, pineapple, grapes, berries and other
assorted seasonal fruit. Served with a sweet
strawberry fruit dip.

Homemade Dessert Platter
A delicious assortment of our homemade brownies,
squares, bars, tarts and cookies.

OPTION 2

Assorted mini tea sandwiches, freshly baked muns
cookies and loaves, sliced seasonal fruit platter and
assorted homemade dessert platter.

Specialty cheese selection, fruit platter, freshly baked
croissants, veggie crudites and homemade dessert platter

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

Freshly baked miniature muns, croissants, fruit filled
turnovers, homemade loaf cakes and assorted house
made scones. Served with fresh seasonal fruit platter,
yoghurt and berries with fresh granola, orange juice,
coffee and tea. Served with butter,
cream cheese and preserves.

HORS D’OEUVRES

Fresh Veggie Spring roll
Rice wraps with cucumber, cilantro, julienne carrots
and thai noodles. Served with a spicy peanut sauce.

Honey Lime Chicken Satay
Served with a delicious aioli.

Beef Tenderloin Crostini
Served with a cherry tomato, fresh parsley, asiago
and a dallop horseradish mayo.

Baked Brie with caramelized pear and chutney
Brie topped with a sweet caramelized pear and
served on a canape with fresh chutney and berries.

Antipasto Platter
Italian meats and cheeses, marinated artichoke hearts,
assorted dips and tapenade, pickles and olives, served
with an assortment of flat breads, crackers and crisps.
